Arm Balance Training on Zoom

Alrighty, I was planning on teaching this in person, but, you know, pandemics happen.

This 60 min training will work on the strength, technique, and progressions for arm balances Side Crow, Running Man, Tripod Headstand fundamentals and transitions, and goofy forearm variations. In follow up workshops (maybe neext week?) we will work more on Tittibhasana, 8-crooked Limb, and Flying Pigeon.

Warm ups and strength training will be implemented, but I advise you to warm up 10-20 min before the class starts if you can. Will do some cool down stretching for the wrists and arms too.

This is an all levels style class. It will be challenging for beginners, but it'll be good practice and help with basic techniques. I will give more challenging options if you're more experienced or advanced. Trust me, you'll get a workout ;)

I understand 100% if money is tight for you at this time - let me know, I will gladly accept a $5 donation, or attend for free if needed. That said, you all know this is my career. This is how I support myself, so any donation you make is greatly appreciated. And I am charging less than what I would charge for an in-person workshop since it's on Zoom and it's not as good as the "real' thing.
