Pre-requisites: 10 second handstand against a wall; familiarity or a regular hand to hand practice desired

Description: For this workshop we will be learning hand to hand knots (2-in-1) as a skill on the ground and standing. We will also explore popping the knot back over to a regular hand to hand. Entries into knots will include jumping in from 2-high and leaning from hand to hand (hand step over). Progressions and drills will be covered to help the base and flyer get better familiarly with the skill during their practice at home. No partner required; come as a flyer or base
