Description: For this workshop we will learn 3-highs and how to appropriately spot this skill in a group setting. No partner required; come as a flyer, mid, or base. We will teach progressions for attaining a full three high, two separate entrances for getting your top up, and one maybe two separate exits. Space is limited and class size will be capped at 25 people.
