Come play with us for our second installment of intro to AcroYoga! Reno and Savanna will guide you through new poses and transitions, building off of the skills they introduced in January. This is a challenging and FUN practice that can feel more like playing than training, though you’ll definitely get a workout!
This is a beginner level class, little to no experience necessary, with options for more advanced moves. Handstand training and inversions will play a bigger role in this workshop than last time.
No partner necessary, we’ll make groups of 3 or 4 so that there is a spotter for safety and opportunities to play with more than just one person.
